Some claim Jaxon is the head of the Highwatch, but if so, he keeps this under wraps. A former artist, he became a political animal while studying in Spineridge. Returning to his home of Highcliff, he put his philosophies into practice.
Jaxon has an air of arrogance that many confuse with dignity. He believes that every many has a right to live by his own beliefs (except when they’re against Jaxon’s own), and that governments should not enforce rules on how someone should prosper. Much of this time as prime minister has been trying to remove the parliament’s power. If he remains in power, he would give Highcliff over to the pirates.
