Goblin's End
History
The oldest of the boroughs, Goblin's End was here before DunMornay was even a city, and before Sutheria was a nation. Adjacent to the docks, Goblin's End was the site of the defeat of One-Eye Gulgri, the hobgoblin warlord struck down by Theoburn I two and a half centuries ago. However, as time progressed, Goblin's End did maintain pace with the rest of the city. It became somewhere avoided by the nobles of the court and the middle class looked elsewhere to make their business. A string of corrupt burgomeisters has not helped, and Goblin's End slowly developed an unsavoury reputation. It harbours a strong criminal element, the operations of which often expand into other boroughs.
Inhabitants of Goblin's End are either at the end of their rope or survivors who will take on anything thrown at them. Goblin's End is the black sheep of DunMornay, generally ignored and left to its own devices. If things get too bad, the palace might intervene, but it does not take long before entropy returns it to the previous state.

Architecture
Most dwellings are ramshackle affairs and may house entire families in one room. Buildings are low to the ground and most often constructed from wood, with the occasional stone cottage still in existence.
