Quindarin's Demiplane
A limited-scope extraplanar space created by Quindarin some time after the Experiment on Tergaith was directly abandoned. It is permeable to allow him to monitor and exert influence without much risk of being tracked down, unless someone should get ahold of the experiment itself.
The Kannet Colonial Mining operation, on behalf of a client they know to be a false name (but the money is very, very real), is also seeking this demiplane, as part of a larger project that crosses over with a number of highly specialized mechanical components being built through the Marleven Orphanage, which specializes in highly technical machine parts more easily built by small childrens' hands.
