Induction of New Gods
- Naming (a ritual to affirm the diety)
- Petitioning (ceremony to ask for another deity's backing)
- Reliquary (create or imbued an object with your essence)
- Manifestation (bring your power to physical form)
- Trial (a test issued by the other gods)
- Judgement (acceptance or denial into the pantheon)
- Ascension (demigod, lesser power, greater power... establishing feast day, domain, primary rituals, taboos, etc)
A close connection to the divines is required to perform the ceremonies. As such, they are not offered for "unproven" mortals, lest those involved receive divine retribution.
The specific and critical details of each step are safeguarded by the high priests of different temples, requiring the cooperation of six in order to complete the process.
