The Blue Blade
The Blue Blade is a small tavern within the Saltwater Slips ward of Mearst. The tavern-keep is a short female half elf, named Aotel, who seems to know every rogue and thief in town. The building itself is a two story half timbered building with a small fenced in yard - not so much a garden or grass area and more of a muddy dirt lot. Accommodations at the Blue Blade consist of wooden cots near the hearth that get placed when the tables are swept to the side for the evening. The drinks are well priced and the food is fairly good. The Blue Blade is more of an everyday and every-man's tavern favored by some of the locals.
Silly Ol' Bear
A small tavern in Old Town. Run by a human man,Ziri and his wife, Rowan. It's a small place but nice place. A grand half-timbered building, with carved wooden doors. A collection of fine tapestries hangs on the walls. Accommodations consist of several small rooms with beds and woolen mattresses. The common room has several smaller tables and 2 large ones. There is a raised platform by the fireplace where a performer could entertain. Also a pocket dimensinsion plane, one must exit the door they entered.
Vendors and Shops
The Fruit King
Newly opened produce and food market. A one time fruit cart vendor who had the good/poor fortune of running into the party as they pursued a cutpurse. Crash paid handsomely for the intrusion with enough to pay for the damages and purchase a shop and warehouse building in a well to do area of Mearst.
Finbar's
An upscale tailory within the Artisan Brae, owned and operated by Rodawyn Finbar. He is a tall human with short grey hair and a small tuft of dark brown.
