Sexuality

Akamdi was bisexual, and he was infamous throughout the Kalimos Academy for his drinking and sex parties. He procured wine from the finest vineyards and the most expensive courtesans money could buy for these events. As a young man, he held parties in secret at his house, but moved them to the Academy's gardens after reaching a senior position. Many of his colleagues disproved of actions they considered amoral and unfitting of a great master of the Academy, but he was all but beyond reproach due to the number of books he added the library each year and contributions he made to the Academy's collection of knowledge.

Education

He was tutored by some of the Diakai world's greatest minds, first by his father - the famous Teramixis - and then by Pylaragi, arguably the greatest scholar living during Akamdi's youth.

Upon completion of his studies, the man obtained a position at the Kalimos Academy, which was the most illustrious academic institution and library in the known world during his lifetime.
