Lanatar

Lanatar is a twilight elf who lives and works in the Midnight Expanse in Heart Of Shards. He's in his early 20's, unkempt, and timid.
While drinking in the Shark's Maw Pub, he overheard Ogvai asking about figures cloaked in black who were responsible for the explosion on the tram. Lanatar revealed he had seen cloaked figures removing small crates from the tram every few days, taking them to a safehouse to the north.
