Dalgablun Mob

The Dalgablun Mob is the loose association of Goblins, Hobgoblins, and Bugbears living in the Goblin Hills on the Dalgablun Marches.
They are a loose collective, involved in frequent petty feuds. The mob has no clear leader, as each race feels they should be in charge due to their muscle, cunning, or intelligence. Their quarreling is a blessing to travelers across the marches, as they're more likely to meet a roving warband than any significant opposition. The mob occasionally bands together for larger military actions, but only when each race sees potential for gain or profit.
The goblins, hobgoblins, and bugbears all have warlords who maintain command over their individual races. When the factions band together for a larger war effort, the warlords retain joint command.
