Azurebreak
As the Scrabble Hills quickly taper off to the east, Azurebreak is nevertheless a taller and more imposing sight than Cragscrabble sitting atop the cliffs. Azurebreak is Beacon's most populated borough. While the demographics are in favour of humans, countless residents of all races live in Azurebreak, without any significant pockets of any one race. The skyline of the borough is filled with tall residential towers. At ground level, the borough is a large slum, made up of ramshackle huts with corrugated metal roofs. Climbing higher up the towers, the roofs of lower levels become uneven, haphazard walkways to move around higher levels. While guardrails are placed at the edges of each roof, they aren't well-maintained. The heights to which the tallest buildings rise and the apparent shoddiness of the construction cause some to think Azurebreak is a disaster waiting to happen. Nevertheless, the large suites at the top of some residential towers afford the best view of the Sea of Shards and of Beacon, making them prized, and expensive, real estate.
