Wayne Warren
Dr. Wayne Edward Warren, MD, FACS (a.k.a. Wayne, Chuckles, Son-of-a-pup)
Wayne Warren was an orthopedic surgeon in private practice in the Ozarks. He was chief of staff for the Kentucky Hospital Association and Rockcastle Regional Hospital. He was caught up in the troubles of RECON-12 -- and relocated to a community in Delaware that was trying to rebuild, where he became the Chief of Staff of the Wellspring Center.

Body Features
Wayne is exceptionally tall, standing a full head and shoulders over an average man, at six foot and seven inches. His muscles are of the long, lean variety, without much mass, but he is surprisingly strong for his apparently lean build.
His beard grows rather quickly -- if he wants to remain cleanshaven, he has to shave at least twice a day, and then there's still a bit of scruff all the time.

Wayne grew up exceedingly poor, and went to work when he was 8 years old, running moonshine for his uncles. Despite all of it, though, he grew up pretty well-rounded, and without much in the way of major emotional traumas.
