The Conduit

A Tempest wide guild in charge of the Gate of Avandra and manages the distribution of the entrance passes to the Endless Dungeon and is a great distributor of the Crystals of power in the world.
It is tied into the City/State of Avangard in many different interconnected ways as they have a seat at the council table. The guild is built on three different orders within the organization; the Order of Balance, the Order of the Herald, and the Order of the Shadow. Each is represented in it's emblem by a different color.

The Order of Balance

The Order of Balance is represented by the color purple in the emblem. The order deals with the day to day operations of the guild including but not limited to:

• The operation and security of the entrance to the Endless Dungeon
• Distribution of Bloodstone and Painite crystals world wide, typically under trade agreements with other nation states
• Management of Guild funds
• Charitable giving and relations with the Church of Avandra

The Order of the Herald

The Order of the Herald is represented by the color green in the emblem. The order deals with the creation and distribution of magical contracts that bind adventures to times that they may enter the Endless Dungeon as well as the recruitment of individuals to the guild.

The Order of the Shadow

The Order of the Shadow is represented by the color black in the emblem. The order deals with ensuring its interests are kept secure through the gathering of intelligence and operations of a clandestine persuasion.
