Welcome to Al-Akasha and our new adventure!
This campaign is a
player-driven narrative in which you will join your peers to navigate a plot I have written to challenge you!
You may decide to manage a situation through diplomacy, combat, or any combination of unique solutions, your imagination is the limit! (most of the time). Don't feel pressured to provide a voice or be intimidated by the RP aspect it's not mandatory but it adds a ton of fun!

1. We are playing
Pathfinder 2e - Online using FoundryVTT, no need to create an account or download anything. This is a FREE to use (other than the DM) software! I will provide you with a link for the game.
2. There are some homebrew elements such as
Homebrew & House rules in Al-Akasha I will entertain other ideas but like to source from official content.
3. All Pathfinder 2e content is
FREE and available online, I personally use
Archives of Nethys. Character creation is done through
Pathbuilderor directly in
FoundryVTT.
4. Discord is our current preferred method of communication. Message
kensho. for access, please create an account if you don't have one
5. Attendance is
REALLY important - please make it to the games, your fellow players depend on you!
6. We love the RP - this is not a focused Min/Max game and it is targeted toward newer players that want to be immersed in a shared story. Remeber that PF2e is not D&D, its and adventure game not heroic fantasy and rewards teamwork.
7. XP is distributed on a milestone basis with rewards for engaging RP and interactions with other players / NPCs

9. We play Sundays at 6PM PST through ~930PM PST
10. Starting the session we have an OOC chat about
anything for 10ish mins to break the ice discussing deep topics like favorite drink, and is a French dip a sandwich or a soup, other RPGs, etc
Here is where you come in:
We are recruiting for a new Pathfinder 2e campaign! This campaign is the third in the Temen-Anki world following our soon to end campaign The Storm Lost Isles, a 3 year long adventure with the same core group.
- Sunday availability for the long term (the last campaigns were several years each)
- Comfortable jumping right into character & interacting with the group immediately and RP-ing.
- Comfortable with TTRPGs, PF2e experience preferred but not required
We are looking for 1 exceptional player that is ready to jump into a long term campaign that is a shared storytelling experience.
Any class is welcome but given our current composition, there are a few preferences.
We currently have a:
Kineticist, Sorcerer, Fighter, Thaumaturge (most likely), and a Investigator!
Classes in order of group preference: Bard > Alchemist > Arcane/Primal/Occult Caster > Cleric/Psychic/Magus > Martial (Champion > Monk) > Repeat Class (No inventor or Gunslinger)
Below are some guidelines:
- Al-Askasha is a desert world that has survived occupation and is finding its roots again. Magic is everywhere and the old ways are creeping back into society.
- Al-Akasha is a highly religious place with its people worshiping or in some cases just celebrating the Pantheon of Al-Akasha gods that still walk among them today. With the right offering you can meet one of them at their temples yourself!
- Your character can be a:
- Native of Al-Akasha, a proud people still working through their cultural renaissance after a thousand year occupation by Ayanor, their neighbors to the north.
- A resident of Al-Akasha - an immigrant that has been here since the ruling days of Holy Imperium of Ayanor
- A more recent immigrant from outside of the mysterious lands of Al-Akasha here to seek whatever motivates you!
- Characters should have a reason to be around! Something that ties you to the world. We can develop this in a quick chat together or if you want to draft a character backstory that is great too! We have both types of players already!
