Lizardfolk

The Halavranian scout observed them from a distance. A small tribe a lizard like humanoids ate the flesh of the goblins that had been ambushing travelers who strayed too far from the roads, but how did they do it? Their equipment was so out dated; the goblins had pistols and these lizards only had bone knives and scrimshawed bows. It wasn't until she accidentally snapped a twig that she realized their primal senses, and was all to late to react as they descended to eat her as well...
Lizardfolk care only for living and survival. They are adapt at living in isolated areas, thanks to their scaled bodies and natural ability to swim through water. They see to travel mostly for the benefit of that very survival, and will continue to try and look for the best way to do so; even if that way is with an adventuring party.
