Kobold

The traps were set, the nest was protected, and the nearest town was ten cycles away according to the scouts. Filp had nothing to worry about for the den he lived with, until he heard the sounds of screams near the entrance. He was rushed to the entrance, only to find three larger figures standing there; the blood on their swords fresh off of his brothers and sisters. With nothing left to lose, Filp let out a battle cry, and charged at the adventurers and certain death.
Out of the three draconic descendants of Tiamat, The Chromatic Queen, Kobolds got the short end of the stick in all senses of the word. They are the one of the shortest races in all of Telnoth, they are bullied by their subordinate races, and the best they can do to protect their cave-dwelling communities is to swear allegiance to their larger kin. Despite these conditions, Some Kobolds have strived to be better, and have made somewhat useful parts of some adventuring parties throughout the years, due to their sneaky stature and uncanny ability to distract their opponents.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Kobolds are around the same size as gnomes, but have thin scaled bodies and snouted heads. Some Kobolds even have wings and are revered by their communities as being closer to dragons.

Kobolds hit their adult age at 8, and live to be 40 years.
