Helm, The Scale of Swords

When the balance was decided, one was left alone. He was created during these end times, and yet he held the most power. He created the beacons and towers, and watched them from his own resting place. He would keep a grand vigil, and his own followers would keep the balance themselves.
Helm is a god with no sense of good or evil, light or dark, or right or wrong. He only has balance, and he preserves it well. He manifests the powers of his might in ways no other god can, to balance other gods and goddesses by force. They see him as their judge, and have chosen him so. His followers no act as balancing scales on the world, helping both sides achieve their goals to keep a balance or order and chaos.

Artifacts

The relics given by Helm to their followers are ones of both good and evil make; a balance as to what the Scale of Swords represents. 
1. Defender. A longsword embedded with special magics, it was made to help defend Helm's most devoted followers. 
2. Demonomicon. A long and heretical text only given to a single follower chosen to keep the balance of demons, this book is dangerous in the wrong hands of those who dare try to wield its power.

Tenets of Faith

1. No One is Above Balance. Seek out those who would disrupt order, and strike them down. 
2. Restore the Order, No Matter What Side. Balance is on both sides, we must ignore our feelings and aid all in need. 
3. Reprimand the Defiler. Desecration is not without consequence; hunt them down.
