A race of fey banished from their home, Firbolgs now live in small groups and hovels isolated from the rest of the world. The only people who know they exist are those who have encountered a Firbolg to begin with. Some take oaths of isolation, living by themselves and protecting the wilds they stay in. Others dare to make their way out into civilization, to use their magic to help others and to tend farms and livestock. They are a extremely rare species, and they tend to stay that way.
