Dwarves
Irekrin looked across the red sky of the sunset, stroking his beard. His Grandfather told stories of these ruins, what happened during those horrible times; though at the time the young Dwarf did not take heed. He soon realized his Grandfather's words though, as he dug up his great uncle's charred skeleton from the Humans called the "Ancient Ruins".
Dwarves are no strangers to the make of the world, or the time that shapes it. They, along with their Elf counterparts, have the longest lifespans of any known race. A modern day Dwarf's grandfather was there for the world almost ended, and that old dwarf gives his clan and family constant heeds and warnings. They are known to be a hardy race that has endured the test of time, and has tales of wisdom to guide the future to prevent the past.
Dwarves often take the role of seers, smiths, or warriors is communities across the world of Telnoth; though exceptions have been seen. They take pride in their work, and see it through to the end.
Dwarves going out to adventure are out to complete some form of task; either a personal goal or one for their family/clan; They don't mind finding a good drink and friends along the way either.
