Azuth, Father of Scripts

The Church to the Father of Scripts was more of a Library. The walls are lined with ancient texts going back all the way to the Athedal Empire. The symbol of the left hand brings with it arcane authority, and also a presence mastery over the workings.
Azuth, being one of The Beacon Gods, was chosen to provide for the mortals. His gift was was arcane knowledge; the ability to use magic. He gave his followers the means to preserve ancient arcane knowledge commanded them to do so, making their churches great libraries within cities.

Azuth's symbol, the left hand pointing downward, is wreathed in fire. It symbolizes one to keep their gaze to away from the heavens, and to focus on the world that mortals already have.

2. Cherish the Arcane: Magic is gift, and must be appreciated like all other things.
