Stilton Ounce

A Stilton Ounce is the unit of measurement used by the The Unified Kingdoms of Craysilt to identify the worth of precious metals as currency. 
There are 12 Stilton Ounces to a pound, as opposed to the more commonly used 16oz. to a pound rule used by bakers and etc. This means each ounce is slightly larger than an ounce measured on a baker's scale. Coins of the Kingdoms each weigh one Stilton Ounce, just a shade bigger than one would perhaps think of as an 'ounce'.
