Ogg'magogh
A devil lord ruling under the archdevil Glasya, Ogg'magogh is an unusually intelligent Horned Devil who worked his way up through the ranks to sit in Glasya's court as a Minister of her Magisterium. It was here that he was first introduced to magic as a tool that could be wielded by him, rather than simply a force to be feared. It changed his entire outlook on his existence, and as he grew more powerful in the ways of magic, he came to understand how powerful Glasya truly is.
An eon or so ago, Ogg'magogh was summoned by Anaemonae the dracolich to help with a spell. The horned devil was happy to help with the ritual, and despite all odds, the two became fast friends, bonding over a shared love of cruel vivisection experiments, and quality hot cocoa from the isles of Teotachetlan.

The devil is a 12th level spellcaster, with access to a massive number of spells thanks to his friendship with Anaemonae. [container:box-contain box-orange] When prepping this character for gameplay, tailor the spell list to the encounter. He is liable to buff Anaemonae, rather than fight himself; although he is no pushover, he sees himself as above physical violence and will avoid it at all costs. Ogg'magogh fights with barbarian Rage, when things go sideways, overcome with anger that he is being forced to physically fight.
Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the devil's darkvision. Magic Resistance. The devil has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Actions
Multiattack. The devil makes three melee attacks: two with its fork and one with its tail. It can use Hurl Flame in place of any melee attack. Fork. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage. Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) piercing damage. If the target is a creature other than an undead or a construct, it must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or lose 10 (3d6) hit points at the start of each of its turns due to an infernal wound. Each time the devil hits the wounded target with this attack, the damage dealt by the wound increases by 10 (3d6). Any creature can take an action to stanch the wound with a successful DC 12 Wisdom (Medicine) check. The wound also closes if the target receives magical healing. Hurl Flame. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) fire damage. If the target is a flammable object that isn't being worn or carried, it also catches fire
Legendary Actions
Ogg'magogh can take three legendary actions in a round, but only one at a time, and only at the end of another combatant's turn. Cast a spell: Ogg'magogh can cast a spell that has a casting time of one action or one bonus action Wing Buffet: The devil flaps his wings, hard, sending anyone within 40' of him to the ground, prone, unless they make a DC18 Strength saving throw Tail Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) piercing damage. A massive Horned Devil in his natural state, Ogg'magogh has relocated to the lair of the dracolich Anaemonae the Interminable. He keeps himself to a more manageable medium size while within, although his massive horns can get in the way from time to time.
One good thing that has come from them, however, is the amount of light that can be mounted on them while Ogg'magogh assistes Anaemonae with his live dissections.
