Cross Chained Daggers

A set of daggers, closer to short-swords, joined together by a chain sturdy yet pliable chain of variable length. They can attack at range, and can deal elemental damage at the will of the wielder. The wielder can also use a reaction to riposte anytime they are hit by an attacker. The chains can act as a rope of climbing up to 100'. 
It has an intelligence all its own; an alien presence that can be disconcerting to mortals.
