The scribes at the Hall of Radiance will have created a decrypter in the form of a small 3 inch diameter lense that is formatted to decipher Encrypted text. They will charge a small fee for the service and materials employed in this task. If used on any other book or page than this one, there's a 30% chance it will not work no retry.
