Tincture of Werewolf's Bane

A dirty brown potion with a muddy consistency. Any lycanthrope that drinks this tincture must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the lycanthrope takes 3d10 necrotic damage and must return to its humanoid form if it was not already in that form, after which the lycanthrope cannot change form for 24 hours. On a success, the lycanthrope only takes half that damage.
