Quanye Nomads

The Quanye Nomads are a group of loosely organized tribes mainly consisting of Tortles that wander around the Simnian Desert.
Even though they are nomadic, each tribe of the Quanye has one or more permanent settlements. These settlements however are themselves nomadic, as most are built on the backs of Elder Turtles.
To get between their settlements, the Quanye prefer to use Sandskiffs.
