A blue crystal pendant hanging from a piece of string. The pendant is actually made of crystalized water. It is unkown what crystalized water actually is, and why it is not simply ice.

The crystal has 10 charges. It can be recharged by holding it underwater in a freshwater lake, river or stream. Or by holding it up to the sky while it is raining.

Activate the crystal (1 charge)

A creature can hold the crystal in one hand, and point at a container no larger than 1 gallon. The container will instantly fill with cold, crystal clear water. When drunk, the water tastes like it came from an icy brook somewhere high up a mountain.
