The large moon of Otera. It's light-blue hue, and interplay with Pupil gave it it's eye related name.
Orbits exactly every 28 days, as if it was designed as such. Which of course, it is. Ysen changed the orbital period of the moon to fit the The Common Calendar's months and weeks.
Has a small moon of it's own, called the The Pupil.
