Daevara can take the appearance of what ever she believes will bring pleasure to the viewer. 
Any deal made with her has to be consummated by one of his followers or if the deal is important enough the archdevil herself. She lives on the level of lust in the hells in what appears to be a giant harem. 
There is a powerful illusion surrounding her domain that makes it appear as though its occupants are enjoying themselves. This is in fact a lie as the only ones enjoying themselves are her fiends, feasting their every desire onto the souls of the damned trapped there.
