Relda Village

  In the southern tip of Faloura along the road between Vimot and Osca. Relda is a small village which mostly deals in passing trade and a smaller hub for farming. There are a few village guards who are checked on by a Silk Legion Patrol who pass through every 2 weeks.
  Nestled in the farmlands of golden wheat a small windmill turns calmly in the breeze, surrounding it are several buildings forming a small village. As the party pulls up the dirt road a cart kicks up dust as it makes its way into the village with burlap sacks filled with grain destined for the village windmill. It’s a quaint village where the smell of freshly cooked bread fills the air. The Village is dotted with several cottages where the locals reside, a market, a blacksmith and a two story tavern.
 
The Dandelion
The two story tavern that sits in the center of the village. Serval tables and booths are set up inside the drinking hall. Most of the ales on tap are local brewed ones with a few imported wines. All of the food served inside is local game, cooked into a stew and served with bread.
  Geti Steel
Landlady of The Dandelion. She has short orange hair that is frizzy and uncontrollable, a calm demeanor except when talking to her husband, for those who drink at the tavern regularly winding Geti up about her clumsy husband has become a bit of a game.
  Rodd Steel
Geti’s Husband and cook at the tavern outside of his duties in the kitchen is a bit of a cluts. He has a bald head with a thick black beard which is always comically tied into a hair net.
 
Village Market
In the center square of the town a few stalls have been set up selling local produce and general goods. Within the market there is a permanent open workshop for blacksmiths. The local Herbalist has a stall set up outside their shop.
  Odut Dall
A elderly Tortle male blacksmith, green screen with a large brown shell. Mostly maintains local farmers tools but occasionally does repairs or maintenance on Silk Legion gear. Very overqualified for his current role as a small villages blacksmith he got his start in Osca but moved to the countryside later in life for a quiet life.
  Molly Saul
A Human female in her late 30’s, brown frizzy hair and simple clothes. She mostly does medicines for locals and passing travelers but does stock a few basic potions.
 
Relda Mill
A stone building about four stories tall, this windmill is very important to Syene for processing and storing grain. The Windmill is essential to Syene’s economy so will always have at least one person inside as a watcher at all times.
 
NPC’s
  Pacey Sherman
Human male in his mid 40’s, a well kept beard and a balding head, he is the mayor of the village. Mostly found inside his cottage working on various admin work. During the harvest he will spend his time moving from farm to farm helping with collecting their harvests to keep everything on time.
  Vakmu Breezesong
A Half orc male in his early 30’s, light green skin with subtle tusks on his bottom jaw, he has short black hair with shaved sides, wears basic light linen clothes and leather boots. He is a farmer who owns a small lot of land just outside of town, where he grows grapes for wine.
  Winifred Caskbow
A human female, 18 years old, light brown hair and simple leathers that are good for traveling. She is a messenger who runs messages in the surrounding area. She rarely travels further than Vimot or Osca. Her horse Starshatter, a chestnut mare has two satchels for holding a small amount of travel goods, Winifred is adept with a bow and shortsword which is occasionally uses for self defense.
  Tina Reefbottom 
A Gnome female, in her 60’s she a seasoned hunter who supplies a fair amount of fresh meat for the village.
  Rachel Shast
A Human female in her mid 40’s, graying hair that was once brown. She works in the market selling fresh fruit.
 
Quest Lines
  Someone has been poisoning the grain in the mill, the mayor is paying a 100 gold reward to find out who is doing this. A group of Imps have been summoned by a warlock just outside of town. The warlock is called Sigwald, he was once a merchant who made a deal with a lesser fiend to gain power, filled with spite after being turned down by his long time love interest Rachel Shast who didn’t feel the same.
  Winifred spotted cultists making a deal with bandits while heading out of Vimot. The cult are using the bandits to secure people who are coming into the country without documentation then kidnapping them for experiments in both Osca and Lindum.
