Listan

The west of Falouras coast line is lined with cliff edges that drop into the ocean below, those who have settled in this harsher part of the land have learnt to build around their surrounding landscape, Listan is no exception. Covered in greenery and surrounded by sharp cliff faces. Built half way down the cliff face, Listan is a town that rests above the sea over a cove. The small town has two large stone platforms that are connected by a giant bridge known as Althea's Bridge, stone buildings surround both sides of the bridge and are built into the cliff face. A large winding set of stone stairs crisscrosses down to the city. Below sits a series of wooden jetties that serve as docks, mostly small fishing & merchant vessels use this port, occasionally you do see a Silk Legion Naval vessel. The entrance to the cove has two gigantic statues of two hooded women joining hands, the statues stand at 500ft tall and overshadow any boats that sail beneath them into town.

Althea’s Bridge

A massive stone structure that stretches the 700ft gap between both sides of the town it is 200ft wide and is littered in stores and markets. Althea’s bridge serves as the market square of the city.

Good Bridge
A large drinking hole in the center of the bridge. It is a pub that is lively from dusk until dawn. The gray stone building is filled with long tables and benches where its patrons can drink, gamble and dance.

Ronst Alregar
A Human male, mid 50’s. Dark black hair that has heavily receded. Owner of the good bridge and a very warm and welcoming man.

The Jesters Bell
A smaller building, a wonky sign hangs crooked with a crudely drawn court jester ringing a small hand bell. Inside a bar runs along the left hand side wall, while the small space on the right is lined with bar stools that let you sit at the bar or a few small booths. The bar is famed for its fried seal blubber balls and it’s shark fin soup. There is 3 small rooms up stairs to stay the night

Candrey Keyton
An Asamar male with his wings clipped, dark gray skin covered in tribal tattoos that cover every inch of his body. He is a half-blood and an outcast of the Dallo family; he had his wings clipped when he was a boy. In front of his mother who was forced to watch.

Reneal’s Brews
A small shop filled with vials of different coloured liquids, each meticulously labeled, mostly medicines or supplements. Reneal does prepare magical concoctions.

Reneal Brownfeather
A male halfling with mouses brown hair cut short, he wears an off white shirt that sits underneath a small apron with pockets.

Silk Row
The part of the bridge that is closest to the south side, is lined with tailors and fabric merchants.

Braun
A silk merchant who only used high quality silks, it’s said Damon Visceres wedding suit was made by Braun.
Saddlery
A small tannery that specializes in saddles and other riding equipment.

North Listan

The northern side of Listan is mostly rows of small stone houses where the workers from the docks or the bridge live. A few taverns and food stops are dotted about these streets. Northern Listan is a quiet and peaceful part of a bubbling town.

The Dregs
Down an alleyway in northern Listan there is a set of stone stairs that lead to a small bar. Normally locked and hard to get in. It is a small room with four round tables, round the side a door leads back into a staff area. The Dregs is the furthest point from Lindum that the Kurdias have a base. Often used to process the gangs Silil trade. Here they will load the drugs onto small fishing vessels and ship large quantities of drugs into central Lindim. Listan is a town with a very trusting and open community meaning it’s the perfect place to run this operation, on top of that it works as a meeting place for the gang when they don’t want to reveal their base in Lindum. The members here don’t wear dark leathers and arm themselves to the teeth, instead they dress like normal fishermen and only carry a single dagger each. A weapon rack including swords and crossbows is set behind the bar in case they need to defend themselves.

Leland Barry
Human male, 33 years old, mousey brown hair with a fluffy beard. He’s warm but cautious to trust people due to his line of work. He likes the post he was given. He has a nice house, isn’t in the sewers below Lindum but he is well aware he has one of the most dangerous jobs within the gang. Not many people work in the Listan base and a large quantity of the gang's drugs run through his hands. On one hand if the Silk Legion discovered this place he and the people he works with would be hung. Even worse if he was discovered by a rival gang they would raid the place, take the drugs and tourture and kill them.

Marion Hull
A human female, 25 years old, red hair, green eyes. She works for the gang but also in Silk Row, due to this she is able to get the gang large amounts of cloth that the gang use to hide the drugs when shipping.

Mardani Lela
A tiefling male 45 years old, black hair tied back into a bun with a large scar on his upper lip. He joins Leland when they go on “fishing trips”.
Dongrow Dud
A middle aged half orc, pale green skin and a bald head with large tusks. He is the Barkeep for the Dregs, opens it up on weekends to keep up appearances that the tavern is for the public, the rest of the week he helps Leland with the “fishing”.

South Listan

The Southern part of the town is the cultural center of Listan. A large open courtyard that looks over the harbor below, a large domed building imposes over the square as it watches over the seafront.

Silk Barracks
A massive 3 story building that holds Silk Navy troops when they stop in town, the basement serves as a prison cell for those in holding. The building is mostly used as an armory and a place to let troops rest when moving between posts.

The Church Altheia
A large dome building that has a viewing platform where the domed roof meets the building, Here the town's gods are worshiped. They have two gods in their town who are represented by three of the constellations in the stars above. They read the stairs before any major decision.
Sunla - The Archer, is a fierce warrior who watches over those at sea.
Thensolan - The Chalice, keeps the people fed and happy.
Emerald - The Dragon, gives the people wisdom.

Rirven Viv
Human male about 50 years old, He wears white silk robes with golden floral pattern. Head stargazaer of the church.

Town Hall
A small white stone building which house the town's mayor and any of the towns officials

Quests

Five people have gone missing in the last month. All were last seen down by the harbor.
A group of Merrow have been taking people to a sea cave where they are worshiping abyssal gods and are trying to bring a kraken into this plane.

Off to the north of Listan there is a cavern that has the remains of some kind of temple. Most of which has been buried beneath sea level. The open door leads into a camber slightly tilted as the temple is slowly sinking deeper into the sea. It is guarded by a single merrow. At the back of the room a set of stairs lead down, the room below is fully submerged underwater. The room underneath is a massive open room and a ommenus blue glow lights the room. The bodys of the 5 missing people are floating; they are imprisoned in an arcane bubble. Their rib cages have been cracked open as their hearts beat in sync each time pouring blood out into the portal. A tentacled creature is being pulled out of the portal as 2 merrow guard the bodys. The party has 7 rounds to kill the merrow and destroy the arcane runes tethering the bodys of the missing Listan citizens to their bubbles. If they fail a baby kraken is summoned from the Abyss.
