History

Duas Arvun I was born in 22AF to a high ranking family in West Keroh, and eventually rose to governor through great performance in both administrative and military positions. When Keroh was struck by A dark year (a year of particularly high poverty and disease) in 20AF due to their trade routes being raided by Aldehani Triremes, Arvun seized power and launched a coup against the unpopular third king, Kaile Manse. The coup was supported by the governors of Moros, Adin, and Aldu. Manse surrendered before any conflict occurred, but was executed regardless.
Arvun took power by popular support, and begun his propoganda campaign against Aldehan, supported by the Aldehan raids on Keroh supply routes. Within months Rhadin was militarised and almost desperate to fight the Aldehani.
In 63AF, Duas Arvun ignited the campaign. Initially he faced great success due to the patriotism and organization in their forces, but they met retaliation when Den Haren rallied the Aldehani forces under one banner. The wars waged for an incredible 13 years, neither side willing to concede to the other. At points, up to 90% of the combined male population of the nations were enlisted. Though in comparison to modern wars, the casualties seem quite low, but in proportion to the population at the time, the war has some of the highest casualties of any in recent history.
In 76AF, With both armies battered, Duas and Den Haren met for the 9th time of the war at the war ravaged town of Leivun, where Duas Arvun’s generals won decisively. The Aldehani coalition was slaughtered. Den Haren defeated Arvun in a duel, but was killed by Arvun’s bodyguards before the finishing blow.
after his victory at Leivun, an ageing Arvun retired most of his duties, and lived out the last yea of his life in his Moros estate.he died with two sons, Duas Arvun II and Heiun Arvun. He is also believed to of had several illegitimate sons during the Aldehan campaign, some rumours even suggesting that Haldan Winfor Is his descendent.
