Vendetta

Rayko was born in war-torn Anscharia. He learned to fight as a very young child. Anscharian authorities detected Beta-level metahuman abilities in Rayko, and forcibly enrolled him in secret training with other gifted children. He was captured by enemy forces and was surprised by the humane treatment he received, having been brought up to believe that the enemy were evil barbarians. He was sent to Empire City as part of an A.E.G.I.S.-administered relocation plan and is learning how to use his skills for good.
