Ramman-Baal (or RB to his friends) is an outcast member of the Primal Ones, a group of ancient, tyrannical quasi-deities who have interfered with humanity for millennia. RB was curious about humanity and thought the Primal Ones should play the role of guides and protectors, not just manipulate humans for their own amusement.
