power of prediction

A mix of plants and other materials most of them having elemental energy that are found by the area of a specific town (Not A Circle But A Spiral) and treated by a secret means. The principle behind the power source (which is the only name the material has) is that the combination of materials breaks down almost everything leaving only elemental energy and a few normal pieces of materials that when exposed to heat burns up. There needs to be a specific balance of each type of elemental energy for the mixture to be stable a wrong amount of any of them results in a large explosion.

Glows slightly and appears to be liquid removing it from the container it's in results in it dissipating into the air.

Origin & Source

Was made by one of the few people unaffected by The Censor as a power source for their machine The Predictor. They created the power source in a daze and after the fact they barely remembered the process. This became a problem when the machine was destroyed and he couldn't recall the exact composition of the compound. To make matters worse some of the materials to make the power source was extremely volatile and one wrong move could cause an explosion big enough to destroy a town. Because of the myriads of ways that building the power source could go wrong they invented P.A.L. to make someone else attempt it and keep track of the failed attempts so they can do something different next time.

It is unknown how long the power source would last for but if the energy in it would be unused it would leak damaging the surrounding area.
