Forst Fairy relations

The official document that dictates the entirety of relations between the humans of Forst and the fairy race as well as what established the noble system that Forst has. The treaty has actually been forgotten by most of Forst even the nobles but the terms stillvhold strong and none of the fairy have forgotten it. The treaty uses a lot of redundant language to prevent any loopholes and is too large to carry on them, but the essence of the treaty is quite simple. The first part of the treaty deals with giving the noble animals to the main leaders of the humans at the time (the noble animals are in actuality a type of fairy themselves and the giving them over in is equatable to giving over a princess to marry to bind two countries). The fairies agreed to recognize the authority of human leaders as long as they have a noble animal or are under someone who has one. In return for this the Forsters agreed to let certain territories be under fairy domain and are not be interfered with. The treaty is also a new start for each race and through it any debts either race had towards the other before the treaty is erased. The treaty also spends a lot of time setting down rules for each type of fairy in it's dealing with humans. Notably none of this applies to other sentient races like the dragon and they have to establish their own relations with them.
