Tonight the President - Cramp - held a state dinner at the White House for me. He's a foul, disgusting creature. He's fully aware of the fact that next week I'm addressing the United Nations. He also knows how involved I am in climate change charities and initiatives.
He actually tried to dictate what I'm 'allowed' to include in my address. After the address I'm staying in New York, at the Plaza Hotel. Then on the 16th I'm back to Washington for an event with the slob, then I fly home on the 17th.
