In India, my statement seems to have put an end to these 'work shy' claims, back home it's erupted into a firestorm. Milton says that since 'we' - the Family - follow the old "never explain, never complain" philosophy, the fact that I did at least comment means the claim clearly upset me. I will not pretend it didn't. As a result, British newspapers are agoing absolutely mad with attacks on the New Delhi Times. The London Star went so far as to wonder how "work shy His Royal Highness will be when he leads the British Home Fleet to reoccupy India. Clearly some are a little more serious about the whole 'sun never sets' thing.

It's all a bit much.

I'm just glad to be going home to 'Jolly old Britain' next week - Nope by the grace of God, our last day is tomorrow.
