To future historians who read these diaries, I hope the rest of my diaries seem less adolescent angst than this April has been.

Today, I went to the Equestrian Center late to avoid Rory. - Again.

I was just wrapping up and putting Umbrua's take back when Rory ambushed me. He accused me of avoiding him. I liked and told him my diary simply had been full. He then flatout told me that my excuse for cancelling our Saturday plans for my birthday was a lie. Again he was not wrong. I told him I wasn't in the habit of making men change plans they have with their girlfriends. He actually laughed in my face.

She's his best friend, not his girlfriend. He also seemed to imply that he might actually be gay. He also promised me that he wouldn't do anything out of pity and actually did want to go out for my birthday.

Well it doesn't take psychiatrist to know that of course I said I still wanted to go! So Saturday's back on.

Later, I went over to Anne's for drinks. I explained the misunderstanding. She accused me of falling for Rory.

I reminded her that one day I am going to be King and I have duties and responsibilities.

She then told me that my bestfriend and I have a similar pseudo-romantic look like Rory and his friend.

It's all academic given my restrictions.

The problem is, I think Anne is right. I think I am falling for Rory.
