I've still got it. Diving off the ten meter was absolutely spectacular. I felt at home again. As if I'm most comfortable free falling toward the water.
I spent far longer at the facility than I'd intended, and longer than my schedule had budgeted. I think it was worth it, though .
I'm going to be intentional about making at least three trips to the aquatic center in London per week. I've already told Drummond. He'll keep me accountable.
