Structure

The leader of the CW is the only CEO First Class, who works as the executive branch. The CEO Second Classes are all heads of major departments of the Corporation and make up the Ruling Board, and act as a legislative branch. Under each department the Conglomerate breaks up into further subsidiary corporations which must all pay taxes upwards.

Culture

Life in the Conglomerate is very tough, promotion and advancement is very cutthroat. The Average citizen has an ok quality life, but the lowest level of workers will find them selves and their children constantly drafted for military service. As you advance life will become more and more decadent and dangerous.

Public Agenda

The Conglomerate World's Corporate Charter is available to all employees of the Corporation and it's subsidiaries. It has a large amount of corporate lingo and motivational phrases, but really it's main points are that profit is king, and any action to increase profit is essential, and they will enforce their rule by force if necessary.

History

Before 2839 the Conglomerate was known as Seiko's Shipping and Fufillment. The Corporation held so much power in the small United Republic of Aversi, that it was eventually able to just dissolve the representative government and replace it with it's own corporate structure. Since then they have continued to expand at a steady pace until bumping into the rival powers at Anagrais Stellar Kingdom. Since then they have dedicated their behemoth to destroying their enemies. Since the outbreak of the Third Conglomerate War  the Conglomerate has been struggling keeping their strict rule of law imposed on the lowest level employees. Until they began to win a string of starting around 3086, an offensive that started to gain significant momentum.
