Adrei

Though Tathilea technically has two, Adrei is what most populations mean when referring to "the sun." It is the planet's parent star, naturally larger and brighter to her inhabitants, but also in comparison to Ashe, the older and dimmer of the two.

It is worth noting that because Adrei and Ashe are a binary, they do orbit around one another - meaning that at some point every few hundred thousand years, Tathilea can well and truly be counted as having two suns, rather than a single sun and an extremely bright companion star. Not even the elves or dragons have existed under that sky, but modern science states that it has happened several times before and certainly will again.

Fortunately, given that life still... well, exists, it is predicted that Tathilea's people will survive that conjunction - quite handily, in the case of Underdark-dwellers. This is far from a doomsday scenario, but the planet is likely to get pretty toasty for several millennia, plunging it back into the reptile-friendly world of sweltering jungles and cracked-earth deserts.
