Nordervolk

Nordervolk is a culture hailing from the northern reaches of Avrolla. As a result, they are often called 'The Northmen' by the outside world. Considered one of the more ancient cultures, Nordervolk have held independent traditions for centuries prior to the formation of The Fylkirate of Northmen. As a rule, most Nordervolk follow the Nordergott pantheon of gods. 

Symbols

The Northmen hold The World Tree in high reverence, as it is seen as the final resting place of Hangatyr. A representation of The World Tree adorns The Fylkirate of Northmen's emblem, signifying their ties to it and respect for the Tree itself.
Depending on the ideals of the current Fylkir, they will wear a different colored cloak, and sport certain gemstones on their crown. Northmen see blue as a color of wisdom and authority, red as a color of martial prowess and decisiveness, black as ambition, yellow as generosity and kindness, and white as pious devotion.
