Izpyltia
Goddess of Thievery, Shadows, and Betrayal Izpyltia (a.k.a. The Silent Dash, The Stolen Purse, The Grandest Heist, and most famously known as The Star Stealer)
A walk through even the most crowded streets, or the most desolate of alleyways. Either way, the creeping of fingers, and the greed of men still find their way through to the most tightly knit coin pouches and bags. Nothing is truly safe from the followers of the Shattered Hand.

Thievery, Shadows, Betrayal, Trickery and Lies.
Holy Books & Codes
There is no holy book, but there is a slap of leather with 6 rules that all Diboliens must follow

Tenets of Faith
Steal from the rich, and steal from the poor. They'll all lose it anyways.
Never keep a horde. Too much wealth makes a thief lazy.
Do not get caught. And if you do, do not be obtained.
Do not steal people, or creatures. Those who do so shall be punished by having their right hand shattered beyond repair.

Holidays
The day of the copper coin.
Every cycle, before the new one comes, Diboliens take a large portion of their wealth, and give it to the local orphanages, ensuring that they will have what is necessary to survive the cycle. Those who do are blessed by Izpyltia. If one cannot donate, or chooses not to, an alternative is to adopt a protégé from an orphanage instead, and raise it however the Dibolien sees fit. If they choose to raise the child as a thief, however, a right is usually performed to bless the child in the arts of thievery.
