Tasigur, the Golden Fang

Tasigur, the Golden Fang was the young, pampered ruler of the Sultai Brood. He could have been described as a sadist and a hedonist who enjoyed indulging in cruel pleasures and spared little to no thought for ruling his realm.
Having been raised coddled, pampered, and flattered, Tasigur turned out as a cruel and capricious ruler. He was described as a pale, slender youth. Often he had been seen wearing rings and necklaces of gold, elaborate jewelry, and other luxurious adornments. Some of these adornments were reported to pierce his flesh.
His favorite weapon was long whip tipped with small, silver razors which Tasigur used on those who displeased him or when he was bored and desired a bit of bloody playtime.
He was frequently carried about the Sultai palace on an ornate platform borne by sibsig zombies. Rarely were his feet allowed to touch the floor, rather zombies lay before him like an undead carpet as he walked along their bodies.

Reign

Tasigur fell victim to the political machinations of his court. Schemes of his court lead to the young khan offending the rakashasa and naga that eventually led to their defection.
Without a means to control the clan's zombies and defenseless from attacks by dragons, Tasigur was forced to make a deal with Silumgar's brood, leading them to attack the khan meeting that took place several years later. Following this, Tasigur survived and the Nagas returned, but the Sultai were utterly enslaved by the dragons, ending their identity as an independent Clan.
After betraying the other khans to the dragons, Tasigur was rewarded for this by becoming Silumgar's personal trophy of war. His preserved corpse hangs as the center piece of the dragonlord's necklace.
Tasigur's deal keeps the humans in the upper class, and with the power of the dragons to invoke they have largely dismissed their ancestral magic.
