Peace talks are going poorly.
Kitfa is barely an adult, the crown sits oddly on the head of a boy so young. He is earnest, yes. And in time, he is like to become a fine orator. But he can get hardly a word out sitting across from her.
The Rahnika Queen is an imposing woman. Her crown seems almost to be an extension of her very self. She is beyond prepared to put a boy king in his place, the words all that much harsher in accented Common. At the rate things are going, I fear that the King will be unable to convince the Rahnika to return to their borders.

Koraya Xerai is the current Queen of Rahnik, the northern country home to the ice-aligned species of feathered dragons known as Rahnika.

Personal history

Koraya is not old by Rahnika standards, but compared to esseni, she is quite old. Koraya remembers the reign of Shikahni Kings from before the current king was born. She has witnessed what years of exile to only the edges of the continent of Allesiya has done to her people. When the Shikahn's capital city fell to an attack from the Dark God, and it's royal family was all but destroyed, Koraya saw an opportunity for her people.
Shikahn had done nothing but harm her people for as long back as she could remember. She allowed her finest warriors the chance to stretch their wings, and began to reclaim the land lost to Shikahn so many years ago. Her actions set off the Rahnika-Shikahni War, which ended in her people successfully reclaiming a portion of their lost territory. Her daughter was wed to the young King of Shikahn in a treaty, four years after the start of the war.

Religious Views

Koraya worships the full pantheon with the exception of The Dark God. She and her race tend to particularly favor the Goddess of Deception and their creator, the Element of Ice.

Social Aptitude

Koraya is highly charismatic. All eyes travel to her when she enters a room whether she is speaking or not. In public, she is almost unnervingly polite. But even politeness can be weaponized. If she does not approve of one's manners, mannerisms or attitude, she will make it known in a form so polite that one is left wondering if they have been praised or insulted.
