White Counties
An informal alliance and compromise between most of the southern Sachani lords who during the "Black-White War" in Sachan followed either willingly or less willingly the Grand Pillars approach to the conflict, the white counties are now one of the least mage friendly provinces in all of Tannar as many mages either forcefully or willingly moved out of this Grand Pillar stronghold.
