Grand Tribes

The N'varan plains are home to most Orcs and Tabaxi. Being nomadic cultures they banded together in great tribes in order to survive the harsh landscapes of their home. Certain tribes have gained control over strategic resources and have more sway over the tribes when they gather together.
If there is a time of great need such as war or natural disasters the tribes come together to elect a High Chieftain. During that time the High Chieftain can direct the tribes as one army. The High Chieftain is also in charge of making the laws which are followed until the next High Chieftain either adds more, removes, or changes previous laws which the tribes must agree with.
The Grand Tribes young usually go off on great hunts in order to prove their tribes power and worth. If they fail they are usually banished from the tribe.
