Silver Ravens
The Silver Ravens are a storied rebel group rooted in the city of Karnak, Dhuma, with a history of heroism, tragedy, and resistance. Founded in 410 HE, the original Silver Ravens rose to prominence as protectors of Karnak, defending the city from monsters and natural disasters while bolstering its public resources through their adventuring successes. Over decades, they repelled numerous attacks, including four from the ambitious House Voss and one from the now-extinct House Borjanni, cementing their reputation as champions of the people.
Their legacy took a tragic turn in 420 HE, when House Voss launched its most devastating invasion yet, bolstered by a Devil army. Following assassinations of key members and mounting casualties, the leader, Jackdaw, surrendered to House Voss in a desperate bid to save the city. The Silver Ravens disbanded, their surviving members going into hiding as House Voss waged a campaign to erase all memory of their deeds.
80 years later, in 500 HE, under the tyrannical rule of Ivaran Voss, a new generation of heroes rekindled the spirit of the Silver Ravens. Led by Lockwood, Vorgash Blackbow, Qaqa, Ruva Pouncewind, Zindove Marie, and Ingulf Frostfang, this band of rebels rediscovered the legacy of the original Ravens and rallied the people of Karnak to resist oppression. With support from allies such as Laria Longroad and Rexus Victocora, the second Silver Ravens reignited hope and defiance in a city struggling under tyranny, ensuring their legacy would live on for generations.

The Silver Ravens exist to defend the people of Karnak against oppression, tyranny, and external threats. Their original purpose was to protect the city from monsters and disasters while using their adventuring income to bolster public resources, including food supplies, infrastructure, and security. The second iteration of the Ravens expanded their mission to focus on resisting the authoritarian rule of House Voss, aiming to restore Karnak’s freedom and give power back to its people. Whether through open defiance or covert operations, the Silver Ravens have always championed justice, equity, and hope.
