A cunning, manipulative, and vindictive Imperial assassin, Nita Acilius is a truly a two-faced woman, leading a double life as both a wealthy landowner and as Listener of the Dark Brotherhood. Her bright, friendly exterior hides a pathological contempt for almost everyone around her, whom she keeps detailed notes on about their schedule, things they do that anger her, and potential plans for killing them. To say that Nita is a psychotic criminal would be like saying Emperor Tiber Septim was a local ruler of some renown; the number of people she's killed is only matched by the number of people she's made wish she'd done so.

Born in Bravil in 4E 178, Nita and her family were forced to flee the city in 4E 188 as fighting between rival skooma traffickers broke into city-wide violence, also causing the death of family friend and mentor to Nita, Alisanne Dupre - who was also the Listener of the Dark Brotherhood at the time.
