Upon defeating Balreth, the party did not get much time to rest as an Argonian approached the group notifying them that the Daggerfall Covenant had attacked the beach at Vivec's Antlers. Here lies the Coral Heart, an important and potentially powerful artifact that could be very useful to the Daggerfall Covenant. Instead of heading there immediately, the party decided to take refuge in the nearby city of Ebonheart.

Arrival at Vivec's Antlers was unfortunately tragic as nothing but dead bodies lay before the entrance to the Coral Heart. The party decided to enter the maze of sentient Coral throwing caution to the wayside. The group encountered a small horde of Dreugh in the maze and managed to vanquish the insectoid foes. Sulli and Razir each harvested some explosive Dreugh wax from the fallen foes.

Venturing deeper into the Coral Heart proved to be the right move. The party stumbles upon two injured but alive Pact allies. One of which, Sings-With-Reed, can assist with taking back the freshly stolen Coral Heart. However, she fears for the future of the coral without a heart and tells the party to place three of her eggs around the Coral Heart chamber so she can perform a ritual to fuse her soul with the chamber so she may replace the Coral Heart.

The chamber of the Coral Heart was surrounded by coral growth which the party promptly destroyed with the Dreugh wax. Inside, an invisible Jahirr encounters Covenant soldiers, one of which a powerful looking sorceror, who have just taken the Coral Heart. Our adventurers engage the enemy and defeat them. They place the eggs around the chamber and Sings-With-Reed becomes one with the coral and stabilizes it before it crumbles to the ground and kills everyone. Upon recovering the Coral Heart itself however, the party is prompted to return it to the Pact by order of the Nord Captain Holgunn. The party begrudgingly agrees.
