Brekirid Empire
The Brekirid Empire is a powerful and influential nation that spans across the continent of Tamavara. At its center is the capital city of Danamore, where the Emperor and his council of advisors rule over the Empire. The Emperor is advised by the Lord Commander of the Crimson Guard, a highly trained and elite force of seven knights responsible for the protection of the imperial family. The Brekirid Empire is divided into four regions: the Northern Expanse, the Eastern Finger, the Southern Wilds, and the Western Soundless Badlands.
The Northern Expanse is the most populous region of the Empire, with the capital city of Danamore at its center. The Northern Expanse is known for its many castles and its strategic importance, as it is home to the only mountain pass through the Great Divide, which separates the Empire from the Highlands and the Evaru. Fallencrest is a major landmark in the Northern Expanse, as it is the only route through the Great Divide to the rest of the Empire.
The Eastern Finger is the smallest region of the Empire, consisting of only the land of the Finger. The main port in the Eastern Finger is Stormhelm, which brings in goods from all around Tamavara. However, the largest city in the region is Rosemire, which serves as a second home for the Empire's royalty and is well protected.
The Southern Wilds is mostly jungle land and provides the Empire with its natural building materials, as there are large lumber milling plants in the region. The main port for the Southern Wilds is Freeport, which is known for its high levels of crime, piracy, and illicit trade.
The Western Soundless Badlands is a vast desert that spans the western half of the continent. The Badlands are home to many roaming traders and have several large cities that connect the western coast with the rest of the region. The largest city in the Badlands is Broker, which is located near a huge quarry that provides valuable resources for the city. Karbala is the main port for the Western Soundless Badlands, allowing the region to trade with the rest of the Empire and the world by sea.
The Brekirid Empire is home to a diverse population, with humans being the dominant race. However, there are also dwarves, Evaru, Gamaru, halflings, goblins, ratkin, kobolds, orcs, half-orcs, tengu, and grung living within the Empire's borders. The Empire is known for its strong military and its advanced system of government, which is based on a feudal system with the Emperor at its head. The Brekirid Empire is a powerful and influential nation that has a rich history and a bright future.
